> When should I reserve?
   Reserve as soon as you have a definite date for your event. Units are booked far in

   advance and selection diminishes. Your best time to reserve is now!


 > How much room is required?

    Moonwalks require an area approximately 20 x 20 with a level surface. Some of

    the larger units will require more space.


 > Is electricity required?

    Yes, each unit’s blower plugs into a standard electrical outlet. Power must be

    within 100 feet of the blower.

> Is supervision required?

   Yes, an adult must be present to supervise each unit at all times. If you prefer one

   of our trained professionals, one is available for a nominal fee, to supervise your

   moonwalk or inflatable, so you and your guests can fully enjoy your event.

> Are the units insured?

   Yes, Bouncers Galore LLP, carries a liability policy on all of our units.

 

> What about weather?

   Because the units run on electricity, they cannot be set up in the rain. If it looks
   like rain and you wish to cancel, no fee will be charged. However, if delivery is

   made, no refund can be issued.

> Are the units clean?

   Yes! We take pride in maintaining very clean equipment. Each unit is disinfected
   with Lysol after each rental.
 
> What payment types and terms do you accept?
   We accept cash and checks. We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve a moonwalk /

   inflatable. Some companies may overbook their units, and then explain to

   customers they did not have a deposit on a unit. Our policy guarantees a unit

   reserved just for you.
